I would never reccomend Volt-Host to anyone.
I had so many issues with them it was just unbelievable

I had one issue with KingJ, never got resolved, but this was over a year ago.
I dunno how things are now, but many people reccomend them now, but compared to Volt, KingJ(SmartBytes) seem better.
I gave up going through these shared, small companies and just went through a large datacenter and have 2 dedicated servers I manage myself.

I'm good with Volt now, they had some issues but it seems OK at the moment.

go with pingperfect, check them on PingPerfect.com, i personally use their services, and its quite nice

samp4you is a German hosting, but its really cheap and easy to use.
Although i don't recommend KingJ and Volt-Host at all, shitty support, always something wrong with their servers.
