How to get pls radio - MahdiGames - 21.12.2013

Hello, I got this forum "http://www.shoutcast.com/" , and i want to add a radio stream for my server this is the link
"http://www.shoutcast.com/shoutcast_popup_player?station_id=138206&play_stat us=1&stn=*******Fm%20Arabic"
How to make it pls url to run it on my server or anyway to run it cause if i copy the link its will not play.

When u just try to copy the link and paste in ur explorer its will not run
