ok guys...so here is a problem
Please note that i am not tryimg to advertise any stuff here

A few days ago i brought a premium website template from a web designer paying him a neat 60$ for it
Now a kid comes and copies the website code[css and html part]

Please tell me what shall i do..i really feel helpless now

That is the Orizon Gaming template found here. I don't think it is explicitly copied from your host. I think it is just the same template that has been used.

What I'd personally do is contact the host of the web-site and explain what's going on.

EDIT; After seeing the post above, there's not much you can do. The design itself is not unique and sold with the one-time unique user privilege sort of thing, so. It can be used by as much people as that web-site manages to sell the template to, so in case you paid 60$ for it to some 'designer', then you've been scammed.

.tk domains are untrusted, but you can never guess either it is purchased or not.

File a DMCA complaint.

Also, post it on your forum publicly saying that "Our website design has been stolen by <website>." ... and something more.
