Isnt that like a huge object on the ground and you use only fraction of it?

Maybe you get too far from it and it disappear, or object streamer is playing with you.

Try to increase the streamer distance. (Increase the rate where it appears)
And in my opinion, that's atleast what I do:
Make floors as a normal CreateObject, because streamers are always delayed when there is lagg.
