I'm going to be efficient here and ask my relative question. Is there any weather ID's that do NOT include clouds?

Ps, I think there should be a DisableCloudParticle or a way to SetCloudHeight. It would be very sufficient in my current project (not that it's 200.0 meters in the air or anything :P).
