Download nativechecker plugin install it and run the server. I bet that you are missing plugins/they're old.

it needs a filsterscript if you dont need the fs mines you just remove it from server.cfg

Does your gamemode load properly ? Or still returns runtime error ? That iggys Ip is some fitlerscript, just find it and delete that message.

Edit: if your gm doesn't load, download the latest plugins and includes that you use and re-compile your script. I assume the problem is Streamer plugin.
