Hello.

I am asking you today as I am looking for hosts and i have found one i like but i have a problem they dont allow the upload of .dll files.

How can i upload .dll files?
What hosts do allow it?

for linux .dll are useless so they dont allow it instead so .so
windows server providers provide such convenience

Security reasons. A DLL file is, after all, an executable program. Rogue users could use it to gain unauthorized access to protected system resources. Most hosts allow you to install the plugins you need from within your control panel. If your desired plugin is not there, contact support and ask for them to add it.

You cannot upload plugins in ur host i think, You may need host provider permission, or u can use only the given plugins in your CP
