Limiting A Car Speed? - ProjectNewYork - 12.12.2013

Well, i have found in many servers that they limit the car maximum speed.

Like ZR-350 can't go over 120 km/h
NRG can't go over 130 km/h
While they can normally go over 140-150km/h

Any help?

In My Opinion, it doesn't set the speed.
If it sets, then can u give me an example?
