Problem with R@F external chat system (RECS) - Alexan - 11.12.2013
Help please, who used it. The problem is that when I Connect remotely to chat, I can not see Russian characters in the chat. Instead - question marks. Similarly, if I write something in Russian, then a similar problem - the question marks appear instead of Russian letters from me.
I have the source code, VS 2012 also have, respectively, I can change anything you say. Also I have filterstsript PWN code.
Help please.
