Text Draw wont dissapear when new players register - KyleSta123 - 11.12.2013

Hey guys, Im working on my old server Industrial County Roleplay and when I registered (to test) the main menu text draw is showing which is good but when I spawned it wont disappear. It goes if i re log but I dont want my players to have to re log when they register so could someone help me with getting it to disappear after the new registered player spawns?

Or under the login dialog or under the register dialog.
TextDrawHideForPlayer(playerid,textdraw);
