SAMP Crash when leaving LS - Farman - 10.12.2013

Actually, when I leave Los Santos and enter any other city, county or area. My game crashes after few seconds. I have mods, a little car mods, sound mods, and weapons mod. Yeah, I use road and texture mods. Please don't tell me to reinstall my game.

Delete the road and texture modifications.
