Create a textdraw over the image.

and use PlayerTextDrawShow and some related functions. When someone enter that checkpoint of chukin bell. Use Create player textdraw that will only show on a specified player who enter the checkpoint. If he/click x or close then use PlayerTextDrawDestroy or Hide.

You will also need selectable texdraws. The mSelection skins, vehicles are already released, so you just need to edit it.
