My question is, is there any domain provider that gives them to the users that pay without a verified paypal?

PS: I do not want cheap domain providers, I just want to buy a domain and my paypal is not verified, that's all.

Dont do anything with unverified accounts, they just cause problems.
Serious resellers wont accept unverifieds, and unserious resellers... well, they are just shit because you got no guarantees.

Well, I tried to find someone that has credit card so he could help me, but no one did that for me. I bought domain from CrazyDomains time ago, they didn't refund me and also I didn't got my domain

Buy from Namecheap? I bought several domains using an unverified PayPal account from Namecheap.

P.S;

No one gives their debit/credit card because surely a debit card has money, and credit card allows unlimited money expenditure (at the cost of monthly re-payment to the card provider) so if I, for example give my CC to you for verification, who knows what can you spend the CC with? It'll be a win for you, loss for me

Nah, that wasn't my point, I would send the cash to someone who has credit card and he would buy it for me. So, he would not loose anything.

Also, I bought domain from NameCheap. Can someone help me with VPS? Where can I buy with a non-verified paypal?

Is not it better to wait for someone who can help you verify the paypal account or use an account verified before making online purchases?
