[Help]Snow on Road - Grizzli - 08.12.2013

Well i saw on some server this thing.
My gamemode is Balkan Ultra.New Year is coming soon so i wanna snow over roads.
i dont know how to do that but i think ***MAYBE*** that something is with SetObjectMaterial
but idk how to use it LOL
