Just to let you know , no host got 100% perfect protection for DdoS attacks ,

There are some hosts with advanced but none with full and 100% guarantee protection, however check this thread for a list of server hosts, they are good enough but none matches your criteria. Sorry!

Volt has so far proven themselves to be most effective/safe against DDOS attacks.
I'd also recommend them for they have a simple user interface and are very client-centered.
