That's somewhat pivot I guess. That's the closest I guess.

For the OP, I guess it's just some cartoonish look. No special name. It's a little chibilike but not really.

These thingies once were part of the ICQ client avatar generator. Looked pretty much the same, maybe the picture came from that. No idea what exactly they are called, or if they even got a special name.

Simply ask ****** for "avatar generator", there are several websites for creating such pictures.

Those animations in asdf are made with flash though, for sure.
