Suggestion - Specify Signature Rule - Kindred - 05.12.2013

I was browsing through the rules once again after noticing that a lot of users on these forums have a huge signature. I looked up what the maximum height and width may be and all I found is the height, which is 250 pixels. My suggestion is to implement a rule that specifies what the maximum width of a signature can be.
