I have a server for samp 0.3x , and a configurated GAMEMODE ... how i add the actions to my server ? like /gro ... /pee... /fall etc... ?!

You mean animations? Like e.g /dance /vomit /drunk.. Try

Use search for more.

Just like Mauzen already told you its called scripting.
It makes server owners to be able to fully customize their server to their will. ( As long as they can script or are willing to learn this. )
