Hey so I've noticed people can see the health bar above peoples head but I cant see them and I dont know the reason can anyone please help me out?

Re-install GTA, and delete all modifications.

Just because it's new doesn't mean it automatically updates everything. Anyways, look into your DirectX and make sure those are up to date.

Highly unlikely. The system that creates the health and armor bars uses Direct-X.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for everything on your PC.

OP, by any chance are you using Intel drivers?

That is true, DirectX is used to generate the health/armour bars - but I know from personal experience having the latest version of DirectX has no impact on whether or not they actually appear for the end user.

I had this issue before too, and it was down to the latest drivers I downloaded from Intel, when I downgraded the Intel drivers, the health bars mysteriously returned.
