i have 15 reps, 100+ posts, and have benn on forums from 1 month. But still can't post AD?! what do i need to fulfill more to post AD?

- You need a reputation GREATER than 15, not equal to 15.
- You need to be on the forums for exactly a month. You've been registered for about 28 days.

Maybe it also goes by time. Just post it tomorrow. Rushing sometimes isn't the best thing to do, ensure you have a solid advert and it won't be something that is just ignored for the month it is posted.
