Can you show your GTA San Andreas files? Something might be missing. Or try to run as admin.

Alright, it seems to enter perfectly fine now (the loading screen) but once when it it supposed to go to the los santos sea side view it crashes for me now.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

Unable to execute generally means some .NET Framework error. Though it seems that the latest Windows Updates have screwed up some things in general, since I also frequently crash for no apparent reason.

(240 seconds? Are you kidding me?)
