The hosted tab is full, is there anyone selling or any other method of getting one?

I'm not sure if you are allowed to sell accounts, however you will need to talk to the place you get your server from. The terms and conditions of Game MP say that you are only allowed to buy the Game MP for any servers you own / lease, so be careful who you get it off..
