I don't know all but there are a few, One I do know about is sa-mp.gs, I will gather other links and edit this post for ya.

There are just a few, I suggest you ****** around and another tip.. Only upload the .amx to the host.

You would need to ask at there, the SA-MP Forum doesn't give support for Hosting Companies.
