Coz They Didnt logged in - ***Niko*** - 11.11.2013
What can couse this problem first time i saw,after i close console and run again it's fine

[02:38:45] Kicking 127.0.0.1 because they didn't logon to the game.
EDIT: I just figured out that when i do /carrest server freezes and when i relog then kicking me
