Help with Safe zone . Roleplay - bitay123 - 10.11.2013

hi guys ! i want to create one safe zone around SF hospital
when player in safe zone all weapon disappear ,and when player attack orther players , they get freeze for 5s

if player get out of safezone the weapon appear agian

plz help me !
