You could become a freelancer, I think, There would probably be a few requirements like age etc but people hire you to do something, say code a website or type up a document etc and in return you get money.. Just ****** around as said above.

Freelance is the only way to earn money online, but that requires some sort of talent or at least ability from your side, and a LOT of negotiation with 12 year olds... SO I still suggest you to ask your weird uncle or someone who knows someone that can hire you somewhere.
