Weather included via RCON command /rcon weather ID-WEATHER
ID`s:
0- the bright blue sky
1- blue sky
2- the bright blue sky
3- the bright blue sky
4- blue sky

7- dark blue sky
8- cloudy and rainy weather
9- the foggy weather
10- the bright blue sky

12- cloudy weather-overcast

15- cloudy weather is overcast with a gentle wind
16- the gloomy weather with a gentle wind and rain

19- fog with strong wind

Wow, there are so many other sites with this much more detailed, including pictures. This ain't a tutorial whatsoever, more like a "notes" page that you'd find in a diary. Here is a couple of better resources:
