I downloaded the Map Editor And i dont know what happends. I open it and this is what i get:

either some file(s) is/are missing or you have a bad graphic card/processor.

No,his problem is that he doesn't have a clean GTA SA. I've had this problem So i suggest you get a clean copy and install it again and try again

Get the latest version of that Map Construction: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=282801
The options you have at the top shows that you used an older version.
