Put the OPSP.inc in your Pawno -> Includes. You can download it by hitting Search -> OPSP. Then paste the code in a note. Save it as OPSP.inc in your Pawno -> includes folder

I already fixed it my own. If you help me than yea sure ill +rep you. Do you know how my self can set admin level to 3? Note: in scriptfiles>Logs> there is no my account. only chatlog and server data.

it varies from server to server.
check your:

(ServerDirectory)\Scriptfiles\user\(yourname).ini
or
(ServerDirectory)\Scriptfiles\(yourname).ini

for something like Admin=
if that doesnt work,
get into your server, become an RCON Admin, [/rcon login (password-here)]
and then try /setadmin or /makeadmin
[the commands arent fixed. these are the ones that are generally used.]

I don't see what's so hard to understand, it says " Cannot read from OPSP" download OPSP's 8.0 version(latest) and place it Server_Directory/Pawno/Includes
