Make sure the following things :-
1- you have the latest version of this plugin .
2- you have entered it in server.cfg (i know u did that).
3- your vps configuration need some changing regarding permissions.
http://mow.vg/files/libmysqlclient.so.15
Use this for centos 32 bit

Replace the plugin and setup an mysql system on your vps/host .

His vps is not supporting the mysql plugin .......

make sure u have libmysql.dll in you server's root

Open your vps using putty
Goto root > samp > and put here your file named libmysql.so
Then try .
