If I have set an A Address in my Cpanel, will cloudflare stop it working?

Cloudflare will be your main DNS configuration you must add A records from cloud flare.

I didn't realise the DNS Records would be based from the CF Configuration and not CPanel, now I know I can proceed. Thank you.

Also remember that Cloudflare traffic (If you have the "Orange Cloud" on a record) will show up as Cloudflare's IPs and not the actual user's IP, make sure you followed how to retrieve the actual IP from their site.

Yes, I had this problem too! I fixed it though!
