in the GM im playing on , there's only 2 slots for cars for everyone , how can i increase them and where can i find this in the GM to edit it ?

What do you mean, "car slots"? What GM are you using?
Also, to add vehicles, you can put this under:

I think he meant private cars...like ownable one.

Ohhh. That makes much more sense, look for something in your GM that looks something like "#define MAX_CARS" or something like that.

Again,I think he meant that he wants to increase the amount of cars a player can own...He should look for something like MAX_VEHICLE_SLOTS .. but if the gamemode is from the web it will get complicated for him.

There's really only 3 mainstream GM's on here that allow multiple car ownership and saving. Which one you using?

There is not one single way of doing this. Each game mode has it's own car system and it's own way of working. For anybody to be able to help you, you need to instruct us what GM you're using (and a link to the download thread to make our lives easier).
Ideally you would post this question directly in the thread of the GM and somebody who checks that and has knowledge of the specific car system would help you.
