Big problem Samp Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error - Quid - 02.11.2013

Hi, I have a problem with the samp, I do not work anymore, you know any solution please?I tried different solutions, but I created another user goes.
Samp Version: R1-2
Windows Version: Windows 7
Video Card Tip: Nvidia GeForce GT 220, 2752 MB
IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on: Any..
7) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles: I had but I uninstalled, I thought I would work that way.

Try to re-install whole GTA SA, and SA-MP too.
