[sAdmin] Chat won't work - Uberanwar - 02.11.2013

Hi guys, first of all I'm using sAdmin Simple Admin System (Y_INI version)

But I've tried many things to fix the chat, it still doesn't works. Can someone check the Filterscript and test it? If there is any solutions, please tell me.
