Server Bugged - NewPlayer - 02.11.2013

Hello guys i need help that my server is buged .
When any player connect to server and player their and after some time when he quit server keep showing him name as connected to server When Ever i try to connect with server it just come and stop at " Connected joining the game"
and nothing happein any thing so i need to restart it and to play after restart when any one come and player it buged again now please help me please please how i can fix this bug

problem is with your CPU/RAM usage, what specs do you use for your samp server? They may be very low and not enough. The usage of CPU/RAM goes high if you use many timers which are poorly made, or of very huge size of strings. Also, try to post your "OnPlayerConnect" full code here, so we will see what happens after someone joins.
