Help Server - newbie scripter - 01.11.2013

i have portforwarded my modem for samp, made my IP static, checked my Ip and post on sacnr monitor , i can see all the things except the players graph in the right and i asked 1 friend to connect but he couldn't. what am i doing as a mistake
