Vehicle Stats TextDraw: Wrong for ID 0 - DJ_Shocker - 31.10.2013

For some reason, the Vehicle stats textdraw covers the entire screen for anyone who gets ID 0.

I've double checked the code, and don't see the problem, especially since it works perfectly for anyone else.
