There are approximately 2,000 internet servers out there, SA-MP will randomly select a few and then show it on the player's client, otherwise if the client starts loading every single server it will simply crash the client or something of this nature. Is your server even hosted with a dedicated server? Otherwise it won't show at all as far as I know. PS: This isn't even a scripting problem, and yes, you're not allowed to advertise your server IP's anywhere except the Server Advertisements section.

Don't bother..does anyone even look at that? You wanna just post an ad in the SAMP forums..word of mouth is also good.
