Expection crash on any server - BullseyeHawk - 30.10.2013

Information:

• SA-MP version: SA-MP 0.3x-R1-2
  Windows version: Windows 7 (6.1) Ultimate Edition 64-bit (build 7600) DirectX 11.0
  Video card type: VEGA NVidia GTX760 SuperClocked
  IP:Port - localhost:7777 ((private server using stock gamemode, modding test server))
  
  SA-MP mods: eax.dll, bass.dll, CLEO4, memory.cs
  
  Crashes fixed: • #1 - Understood the content of the problem.
  • #3 - Same as #1, Object related that was fixed.
  • #4 - Irelivant bug that is caused by a helicopter or something, SERVER-SIDE fixed.

NOTE: I've noticed that this crashes accure during rain ONLY, when its not raining, I can play for 24/7.
My memory is really low in usage, and my DirectX/Video drivers are up to date.

Crash #2:
** This crash accured while I was teleporting after player spawn with the weather rain(8).
* This accured when I had a stock version aswell(clean samp/gta:sa).

^ This is the bug that crashes just a few seconds after rain starts. I have tried a movie-server just teleporting ANYWHERE and changing my weather to rain (8) and it crashed a few moments after, leaving the same Opcode. 0x77E with lDbg: 0, only RendObject is different.

- CONCLUSION
I have only experinced it recently without any changes to my game, it started with my modded game so I went and got a fresh copy of GTA:SA 1.0US. I have tried to play without any mods at all, didn't replace a single thing and it kept crashing during rain ONLY, then I tried my bought STEAM version and downgraded it to 1.0US from 3.0.0 and it kept crashing as well. Afterwards I tried running the singleplay to re-create any missing files prehaps but it still done the same thing. It crashes only in SA:MP while it rains. No matter what server.

If you are using CLEO Mods/Mods that affects GTA SA it cause the crashing on all servers. Try to re-install GTA SA and clear!

Nope didn't work, what I did discover that fixed my problem is:
- Turning off the "GX" mode in my ASUS drivers, it crashed a dll always making me crash.

We could archive this, fixed.
