How to? Online players on web, with history - deuszor - 28.10.2013

I once saw a site, which showed the history of online players in many servers..

I'm not sure where they got this script.. If it's form here.. I Can't find it..

I think it's pretty obvious what it does..

It could show alot more info.. but something like that will do

my question..

Since the other server is closed.. I'd like to make my own script which will monitor like 2-4 servers..
It should also display the players currently online in each server..

How to do it?

And it should keep the history.. refresh like every minute or so.

I think this would be a popular script. Can't figure out why I haven't found one yet.
