Question about OnPlayerKeyStateChange. - Unri - 27.10.2013

Hello. Im a little bit confused about OnPlayerKeyStateChange. Does it check for every key mentioned in OnPlayerKeyStateChange, even if only 'B' is pressed? Or does it check only codes, that are referring on 'B' pressed down?
