Hey guys,
the Server Owner of our community needs some help opening the server (he is banned from these forums, so that is why I am posting)
The Server Owner asked me:

The hosting company won't help or support us, that's why he asked me to post here.

Tell him to look for the ssh userdata, then use putty to log in and start the server.
Or if it is specifically a samp hoster, look for a samp server panel login, or a server start button in the usual panel.
If you can find neither of these, you probably purchased webspace and cant run the server at all.
