You have to gather all the files required for your game-mode. Once you have made sure you have all the files including the .amx. Make sure that you have modified the .cfg to your liking. Open up the server.exe and add localhost to your SA:MP Client.

You'll need to use the server.exe that it gives you in the default package of your SA:MP Server download.

You would need to give that player your own IP address v4 IP. Then they would add that to their SA:MP Client and continue through there.

use the search option/watch *******. If you have no knowledge, then you shouldn't host a server.
