With a streamer.. CreateDynamicObject (Mapping).. I forget the vehicle one.

To add map, you can use software (if im not wrong) it is SAMP Object Editor.

You can use mapping tools, such as:

Map Editor by JernejL
Multi Theft Auto's map editor - I will not link it, ****** it.
