Timers for Traffic Advisor (REP will be given) - GTAIVCode3 - 23.10.2013

First off, Stefand is the origional creator of the script. I only changed up a few things here and there.

So, I took the police flash script and changed the object id's to a yellow object that creates light. I added an extra object so that their is lights instead of 2. When i do /advisor, all it does is all 3 of them flash at the same time. Can someone make it so that the lights have timers and make it look like an arrow stick like this

I want it to be able to have different commands for multiple patters.

NOTE: You only have to do it for the first vehicle and then I will just take what you did and do it for the rest
