Control over RCON - Tagathron - 22.10.2013

If you're running your server,but don't have SA-MP to enter it-can you controll it over RCON?
Can you script commands for example with cmd for RCON?Let's say you want to see player list,and you script a command to check it over RCON?

And anyways when i download 1.8 it says it's invalid win32 application,any other websites for getting it?

Try making IRC channel, and add cmds there.
Note: You can find IRC scripts on forums.
