Hey guys...there is a guy who is famous for scams...his name is:
Darkmaster2462...
So....lemme explain....I asked for somebody who was having a paypal...he added me...and asked 1 USD...at that time I didn't know that UNVERIFIED paypals could send and recieve payments as well...so I paid him..when I paid him...he said..."I am going to school now,Bye"
The next day...that Mister.Dark came again..and said.."thx for your 1$"...and unfriended me on skype.
His PROFILE.
So...the first thing I need to know is...how and where do I report him SO i get my money back.
Secondly...samp admins..can anyone give him punishment?

Well, I know that shit, He's a great scammer like IAnonymous.
IAnonymous scammed me for 4$ in the same condition. Basically, He was providing verified paypals.

You brought this on yourself, you guys should stop trusting strangers on the internet.
Theres nothing we can do to help, try a paypal chargeback.

Well...there was a text" refund money " or something..I clicked and mentioned the whole case...but no response yet...but tell me..if my refund and "Paypal Chargeback" is the same thing

Everyone knows that u r just a kid who say's that he is a GFX designer but he begs on other forums for getting those designs !
