You might as well save up some money. Get a job when you're old enough to get one and start off from there. Or play some older games. GTA IV could

note that a 550 ti would eat up the 120$, and with that CPU, wont speed up anything at all.

On topic: 120 isn't really going to help you with anything, keep saving for something else, If it was me, i'd buy whole new computer instead of upgrading a old junk.
