You can't even get a good grapich gard (gaming)

You might as well save up some money. Get a job when you're old enough to get one and start off from there. Or play some older games. GTA IV could probably run on your PC with low settings (note that I said probably in italic font).

On topic: 120 isn't really going to help you with anything, keep saving for something else, If it was me, i'd buy whole new computer instead of upgrading a old junk.
