Error 100 - LoTaN - 21.10.2013

this is the error:
fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "streamer"
but i have streamer
the all time this working but yesterday it showed that it did not work, and I do not know why

did you put the Streamer Pawno in The Include ? #include <streamer> and did you have the include + Plugin ?
