Phone system - Danialdano - 20.10.2013

(I made this filetscript in 2 hours) (HOPE YOU LIKE IT!)

Functions:

/call {playerID} to call another one
/answer to answer a call
/ignore to ignore a call
/hangup to close a call
/phonecredit to know how much credit you have in the cell phone
